How many hours does it take to get a resume completed?
Well, that depends... If we have a strong previous resume to start with (we don't have to retype the basic information like your name and address...) it takes less time, if we are starting from scratch a little more. Generally speaking our consultants spend an average of 3-4 hours developing each resume making sure it meets our high standards, and yours! The fact is every person's history and experience is different and it really depends on you!
Well, that depends, too. It is a matter of how many clients we are currently working with and when we can meet with you! The average runs around a week to ten days.
In what format do you deliver the finished product?
We use very high quality paper and envelopes for your resume and cover letters. We can also email it to you as a MS Word file attachment, in case you want to make adjustments later on like updating contact infromation. If you like we can save it to a CD or floppy for a small fee.
I have to work during the day. What hours are you available to meet with clients?
We know how hard it is to make appointments during the day for some people. That is why we try to be available for appointments anytime during the day and weekends too, if necessary!
Where is your office?
Why should you pay more so we can pay office rent? We work from home to keep our costs down. The best part of that is we can meet you at a convenient location like Starbucks near your home or work!

Absolutely 100%! We stand behind our work completely; if you are not satisfied we will work with you to make it right. Now that said, anyone who promises you they can guarantee you will get a job is lying to you and we will never do that. There are many circumstances involved with getting a job offer that are far beyond our control. But we promise to do everything we can to provide you with the very best products and services available!
